The Communications & Marketing Committee assists the Communications Secretary in managing the multiple media used to communication with chapter members, including e-mail, calendar, Web, and the Chapter Notes newsletter.

How to Create and Publicize a DC/SLA Event:

  • Prior to your event, the President-Elect will send you a list of registrants to use as a sign-in list.
  • Post the event announcement, including the link to the event page, to the DC/SLA Discussion List.  For questions about the list, contact the List Administrator.

Consider writing a summary of your event for Chapter Notes, the chapter newsletter.  To submit an article or photos, contact the Chapter Notes Editor (ChapterNotes@dc.sla.org).
