How to Create and Publicize a DC/SLA Event:
Please let us know if you have any questions about our events or would like to suggest a future event!
If you are proposing a specific event, please notify the President Elect using this form to avoid event conflicts or overlap. Provide as many of the details as possible using the fields below who will add the event to the master calendar, create a registration page and provide you with a link to use with announcements.
- Prior to your event, the President-Elect will send you a list of registrants to use as a sign-in list.
- Post the event announcement, including the link to the event page, to the DC/SLA Discussion List. For questions about the list, contact the List Administrator (Lea Wade).
Consider writing a summary of your event for Chapter Notes, the chapter newsletter. To submit an article or photos, contact the Chapter Notes Editor (ChapterNotes@dc.sla.org).
